Please see pages 2-3 of the Tournament rules for the latest information. http://www.springshootout.mobi/guide.php Update 5-17-2019 @ 1:30pm CST Team Check-In In order to play, your team’s player cards need to be checked against the roster and zip tied. This can be done at one of the following times and locations: Friday night Community Fields game check-in is at the Community Fields registration tent, located next to the large shed, at least one hour before your game start time. Friday night advance check-in for first games on Saturday is from 6:00pm to 8:30pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel, 320 S. Towanda Ave., Normal, IL Saturday morning Community Fields game check-in is from 7:15am to 11:00am at the Community Fields registration tent, located next to the large shed, at least one hour before your game start time. Saturday morning Sale Barn and White Oak Park game check-in is at your game field at least one hour before your game start time. (ONLY IF YOUR FIRST GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT IS AT THESE SITES.) Coaches are also required to check in their teams with team cards at least 30 minutes prior to each game at the assigned field marshal tent. Field marshal tents are located among the fields and can be found on the downloadable field map.
