We know you have many choices when it comes to tournaments and we appreciate your interest in ours. This will be our 19th year and we will work hard to make sure you and your team have a positive experience. We believe in continuing that small, hometown feel, by offering some of our own personal touches. We know how hard coaches work and how dedicated they are to their players, which is why we provide a gift to each coach, to show our appreciation. Our city is also very supportive with our event and they like to provide coupons and even their signature salsa to our teams. Make sure to pick up your welcome packets at check-in.  The tournament committee continues to run each site as a self-contained unit, each offering concessions and merchandise sales. We can host up to 160 teams and will play at 4 Sites throughout Pueblo (Langoni, Centennial High School, Lake Minnequa and Pitts/Lea Gonzalez). Site Directors at each location coordinate activities at that venue. Although, each team, for the most part, will play all of their matches at the same site, you are certainly encouraged to visit other sites, to cheer on your favorite clubs. Colorado Switchbacks:                                                                                                                                                                               Last year we were able to team up with the Colorado Switchbacks and offered FREE admission to their exhibition game, played against the CSU-Pueblo Men’s team, at CSU-Pueblo’s new soccer field. This was a great event and we plan to continue our partnership with the Colorado Switchbacks. They will be selling discount tickets to their season games and will also have some merchandise for sale during our tournament. Please look for a link on our website for their organization.  Check-In:                                                                                                                                                                                                    We will continue to offer check-in to teams Friday evening at the Pueblo Convention Center, in downtown Pueblo, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. We are also planning to offer this in Colorado Springs Friday evening (time and location TBD). For those teams that are unable to make it to the Friday evening check-in, we will still offer Saturday morning  check-in at each site as well (please arrive at least an hour in advance of your first game).   Team Awards: Each player will receive a Sunbelt Classic tournament pin. Those teams that place 1st and 2nd in their division will receive individual medals and our 1st place teams will also receive a custom, hand-made trophy. We work with our local Fine Arts Center to create these beautiful custom designed trophies each year. We will also have banners available at our tournament tents, for teams to take pictures with.   Hotel Listings: These will soon be available, on our website, www.sunbeltclassic.com   Again, thank you for your interest in our tournament.
