We know you have many choices when it comes to tournaments and we appreciate your interest in ours. We are excited to announce that this will be our 21st year hosting this event! We believe in continuing that small hometown feel! We want your team to feel welcome and we will work hard to make sure you have a great experience! We will be offering an online registration process this year. Detailed instructions will be posted on the website to walk you through your paperwork submittal online. Then, all you will have to do, Saturday morning, is show up to your field of play, check-in and pick up your welcome packet! We want to thank all of the hard working coaches and so, each team will receive a coach's gift in the welcome packet,  along with other small gifts, coupons, tournament programs and pins! Teams will play at 1 of 5 sites throughout the city. The tournament committee continues to run each site as a self-contained unit, each offering concessions, tents and merchandise sales. Site Directors at each location will coordinate activities at their venue. Although, each team, for the most part, will play all of their matches at the same site,  you are certainly encouraged to visit other sites, to cheer on your favorite clubs. Each team will have a 3 game guarantee.   Registration/ Check-In:            This year we will have online registration only. We will not require teams to check in Friday night. Each team will email in the required information and will stop by the Sunbelt tent, about 45-60 min prior to their first game to check in and pick up the welcome packet.                                                                                                                                                                                          Team Awards: Each player will receive a Sunbelt Classic tournament pin. Those teams that place 1st and 2nd in their division will receive individual medals and our 1st place teams will also receive a custom, hand-made trophy. We work with our local Fine Arts Center to create these beautiful custom designed trophies each year. We will also have banners available at our tournament tents, for teams to take pictures with. We also provide a tournament pin to each participant and each team will receive 1 gift for their coach, along with a welcome packet with other items for the team.    Hotel Listings: The local hotels are listed on our website, www.sunbeltclassic.com   Again, thank you for your interest in our tournament.
