Houston Labor Day Cup 2009

Co-Sponsored by Westside and Bear Creek Soccer Clubs of Houston, Texas DATES September 5th through September 7th, 2009 (Registration Deadline - Friday, August 21st, 2009) LOCATIONS All games will be played at one of two locations: Bear Creek Park in Houston, TX or Katy Park in Katy, TX CHECK-IN Mandatory team check-in will be held Friday, September 4th between 6pm and 10pm at the Omni Houston Hotel, 13210 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079 GENERAL INFORMATION Sanctioned by South Texas Youth Soccer Association and Timberline Youth Soccer Association Boys and Girls U9-U12 to play 8 v 8  ($450) U13-U18 to play 11 v 11 ($525) Gold and silver flights Minimum three games Semi-finals and finals for all age groups Registration deadline is Friday, August 21st, 2009 (Except to fill incomplete brackets) Personal checks will only be accepted if postmarked by August 21st, 2009 TEAM APPLICATION INFORMATION Applications will close as age brackets are filled on a first come, first served basis Team fee is payable at time application is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, check or money order. Payment by credit card requires an additional 3% charge . Credit card payment is the only payment method that will secure a position into the tournament at time of application. Those teams paying by check or money order will be placed on a "reserve" basis until payment clears. Note that checks must be postmarked by August 21st, 2009, to be accepted. The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address and contact information. Questions?
