Houston Labor Day Cup 2010

Sponsored by Texas United FC (formerly Westside and Bear Creek Soccer Clubs) DATES September 4th through September 6th, 2010   (Registration Deadline - Wednesday, August 25th, 2010) LOCATIONS Bear Creek Park (Houston, TX) OR Katy Park (Katy, TX) IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES  - DO NOT REGISTER USING YOUR CLUB TEAM ACCOUNT IN GOT SOCCER BECAUSE CLUBS OFTEN LOCK YOUR ROSTER AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT YOUR CLUB ROSTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT! You must register using a "tournament account" that you can create with your custom "tournament roster" that includes all of the players that you wish to play in the tournament. Only players included in this tournament roster are eligible to play!  If you have not created a "tournament account", use the "New to GotSoccer?" setup on the right-hand side of the tournament registration page (the link is below) to create your tournament account with your tournament roster, then use this account to register your team for the tournament.    CHECK-IN Mandatory team check-in will be held Friday, September 3rd between 6pm and 10pm at the Omni Houston Hotel, 13210 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079 GENERAL INFORMATION Sanctioned by South Texas Youth Soccer Association and Timberline Youth Soccer Association Boys and Girls U9-U12 to play 8 v 8 ($450) U13-U18 to play 11 v 11 ($525) Gold and silver flights Guaranteed three game minimum, with semi-finals and finals for all age groups Registration deadline is Wednesday, August 25th, 2010 (Except to fill incomplete brackets) TEAM APPLICATION INFORMATION Applications will close as age brackets are filled on a first come, first served basis Team fee is payable at time application is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, check or money order. Payment by credit card requires an additional 3% charge . Note that there is no extra fee for eChecks. Credit card payment and eCheck are the only payment methods that will secure a position into the tournament at time of application. Those teams paying by paper check or money order will be placed on a "reserve" basis until payment clears. Note that checks must be postmarked by Friday, August 20th to be accepted. The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address and contact information. Questions?
