GUEST PLAYER FORM (if traveling from outside Indiana.  Indiana does not have a guest player form) ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO CHECK-IN WITH ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION ONE HOUR BEFORE THEIR FIRST SCHEDULED MATCH AT HEADQUARTERS (Unless you did Online Registration).   HQ's WILL BE LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE CONCESSION BUILDING C4.   There are no refunds for MidWEST Turf Challenge once the schedule is made unless the tournament if unable to provide a flight for your team to play in.           FAQ: Regular Cleats can be worn on all fields. (Indoor and Outside Turf Fields) There is seating in the Event Center for all fields, Outside you will need your own seating. Team Benches are on all fields.  Water will be provided on all fields.  Event Center has food, a full bar, cafe, elevator access, several restrooms and more.......... All Awards will be presented in the Event Center U9/U10 Participation awards will be presented Saturday in the Event Center Championship Awards for U11-U14 boys/ U14-15 girls will be presented in the Event Center Sunday after your final game.  Parking is FREE
