ALLIANCE CUP PRESENTED BY GPS FL AND FKK CHECK-IN INFORMATION Online Check in: Reminder - there is NO online check in for this event CHECK IN - ROSTERS AND PLAYER CARDS - Teams must present 4 (FOUR) copies of their roster at check in. These will then be stamped with APPROVED. Teams will not be able to participate without approved tournament rosters. - Teams will need laminated player cards and rosters from your affiliation, i.e. FYSA, US Club. (NOT GotSoccer rosters) - Teams will also need waiver forms on hand for each player (either USYS / US CLUB / GPS Tournament waiver. You do not need a tournament waiver if you have one from another affiliation) Guest Players - All guest players will require a guest player form and must be entered on the roster. Please use your club registrar for assistance in getting your official FYSA / other approved rosters. PARKING - CHARGES Please note that there is Parking change at Championsgate $10 per day and Austin Tindall $5 per day. Please note these are facility charges and NOT tournament charges. Championsgate - $10 per day (cash only) Austin Tindall - $5 per day (cash only) Please note that both facilities operate a ZERO tolerance policy on verbal abuse to parking attendants. Both facilities will have a State Trooper present with parking attendants advised to call in the event of confrontation. We ask all coaches and managers to reiterate to families that failure to comply to this policy will result in action not unlimited to being trespassed from the facility and tournament disqualification. We ask that sanity prevails as we comply with park regulations. AUSTIN TINDALL PARKING If you are playing on fields 1-5 or A, B, C please enter at Gate A If you are playing on fields 6-9 and stadium please enter at Gate B *Please note that Austin Tindall DO NOT park by field. Parking attendants will guide cars to open lots. The tournament will have golf carts on hand and can assist with those with restricted mobility upon request and availability. There will be no shuttle service so we ask that players and coaches plan in advance and enter the correct gate when arriving at fields. Again, we ask that sanity prevails as we comply with park regulations. AUSTIN TINDALL STADIUM FIELD The Complex has put significant investment into a stadium field and state of the art scoreboard (which will be in operation during the event) which will provide a fantastic experience to the tournament. If you are playing on this field, we ask that you comply with the following requests. Players and Coaches ONLY at field level. All parents and spectators are asked to sit in the stadium and NOT enter the field which is fenced off. Teams should warm up on Field 9 period to playing on the Stadium. Teams will NOT be permitted to enter the field area until the conclusion of the game previous. There is two time slots that Field 9 will be in use on the Saturday. We ask teams warming up in these slots to utilize the space between Field 9 and the Stadium Teams are asked to refrain from warming up in the goal box when admitted to the fields _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hotel Information - Stay to Play Event - GPS FL Alliance Cup | October 11-13, 2019 The GPS FL Alliance Cup has partnered with Pse Event Housing to provide attendees/groups with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience.
