Medical Releases in Alphabetical order (Copies will be accepted) 2. ID Cards-State Cup Approved Roster Size More then 18 players: Only 18 players can suit up You will need to notify the referee which players will not be playing                                        Before Start of each game: Hand to Referee ID Cards Referee will have the Game Report. End of each game: Get "ID Cards" Back from Referee - Verify Score & Misconduct Cards if any. Winning Team: Turns in game report @ Headquarters Tied Game: Home Team turns in game report @ Headquarters Team Credentials: Every Team will be given (4) Team Credentials for registered coaches & managers This means that Only (4) Adults will be allowed on the player's side line.  Credentials are Mandatory – Must be Credential for team that is playing. Coach/Manager/ Trainer - Must have State Cup Approved ID Card Uniform color conflict rule: In the event of a "Color Conflict" home team will be required to change jerseys Home Team is the team listed first on the schedule for that game.
