(Located next to the concession stand @ both complexes) Pick-up Team Credentials Every Team will be given (4) Team Credentials for registered coaches, managers & trainers This means that Only (4) Adults will be allowed on the player's sideline.  Credentials are Mandatory Must be Credential for team that is playing. MUST BE WORN & VISIBLE Photo ID Card is Mandatory per Adult on sideline Coach/ Manager/ Trainer - Must have a Laminated Photo ID Card ROSTER SIZE MORE THAN 18 PLAYERS Only 18 players can suit up You will need to notify the referee which players will not be playing  Substitution Rules:   (1) U11, U12, U13 & U14 age groups, unlimited substitution shall be allowed;   (2) U15, U16, U17, U18 & U19 groups, a maximum of (7) substitutions for each team shall be allowed in each game during each half of play and during overtime play. After leaving the game during a half of play, the substituted player may not re-enter the game during that same half of play. After leaving the game during overtime play, the substituted player may not re-enter the game. Before Start of each game: Hand Referee ID Cards Referee will have the Game Report. End of each game: Get "ID Cards" Back from Referee - Verify Score & Misconduct Cards if any. Winning Team: Turns in Game Card @ Headquarters Tied Game: Home Team turns in Game Card @ Headquarters Uniform Color Conflict Rule: Home Team is the team listed first on the schedule for that game. Each team MUST have 2 (TWO) complete kits onsite including socks. (one light, one dark).  Home team is required to wear light uniform (including socks).  Away team is required to wear dark uniform (including socks).  The State Cup Tournament Committee shall decide when uniform color conflicts are an issue.
