Glenwood Springs Invitational Tournament May 23-24-25, 2014 WELCOME! Check In: Friday, May 23, 6:00-9:00pm at the Ramada Inn, Glenwood Springs Any team scheduled to play on Friday night will check-in one hour prior to game time at the field Required Documents (download available on website) Team Contact Info - coach/team manager name and cell phone information will be required at check-in Player Passes - each coach & player must have a laminated pass with a current photo Sanctioned Roster - 2 copies of state sanctioned roster signed by your club registrar  -listing each player's name, DOB, and USYouth player id number Guest Roster - 2 copies of official guest roster if using guests (Use the single event player loan form for out-of-club players) Medical Release Forms - one completed and signed by parent or guardian for each player.
