Kansas State Cup Spring 2014

    Kansas State Cup  Spring 2015 for: U13-U14 Boys and Girls High School Boys (U15-U18 only)  and  U19 Boys and Girls Will be held at the Overland Park Soccer Complex beginning *May 26th and continue through June 4th. *Play-In Games may start as early as May 26th. A BOND FEE of $300 is due and payable by separate check made out to KSYSA no later than 10 days after registration date.   Please remit Bond Fee to 14028 W 135th Street, Olathe, KS 66062 Roster Freeze May 1st, 2015 Tentative Seeding:  March 30th, 2015 Team Check in: Week of May 4th Teams will be required to do the following for Team Check In: 1.  Make sure each player has been verified in the system and the word (verified) shows up next to their DOB on their players cards!!!! 2. Have a State Roster with them when they come to check in, showing all players who will be playing 3.  Have a copy of a roster from a previous game Sanctioned League or MRL roster showing players for continuity 4. Have medical release forms for each player which have a parents/guardians signature on them and have been completed (dated) between May of 2014 and May of 2015. 5.  Make sure they are using the STATE team account to enter their teams into the event and assigning the roster (if applicable) to the event on the team side. 6.  NEW THIS YEAR - all coaches have to have a certificate on file with the KSYSA office showing they have completed Concussion Training.   Playing Formats Round-robin Pool Play with Brackets of 3 teams minimum. Pool Play Games - one per day. Age Groups with 7 or less teams, top two teams (or winner of each bracket) only will advance directly to the Final. Age Groups with 8 or more teams - winner of each Bracket plus either a WC (or 2nd place teams if only 2 brackets) will advance to the Semis. *dates and format subject to change
