2020 Bob Abbott Cup

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the widespread presence of COVID-19 across Louisiana and Governor Edwards' Stay-at-Home Proclamation, the Louisiana State Tournaments have had to be rescheduled and compressed. As the situation in our State is ever-changing, so, too, are our State Tournament plans. As of April 1, 2020 the Bob Abbott Cup will be run as follows: All 11U and 12U LCSL teams will be invited to a mini-Bob run over 2 weekends. The first weekend will be 11U and the second will be for 12U. Because our State Tournament schedule has been compressed, LSA can only accommodate a limited number of teams. All 11U and 12U LCSL teams are invited, but only the first 8 teams in each age/gender to apply can be accepted. Teams will be seeded according to league results. The goal is to field 2 4-team brackets in each age/gender. Teams play Round Robin style on Saturday and Sunday morning and the top team from each bracket will play in a final on Sunday afternoon.
