Located at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, the IMG College Showcase will provide the very best field and facility services available for players, coaches, and parents in the United States. Competition will be premium and based at the world's best multi-sport campus. Each team will experience our professional environment that has developed professionals in many sports. Each day will consist of tournament matches in the mornings and afternoon. All matches will be open to college coaches and professional scouts. Schedule of Events and Important Dates Date Event Jan. 11 Application due Jan. 18 Initial Acceptance Sent Out Jan. 26 Deadline to withdraw receiving full credit towards a future IMGA Event Feb. 8 Deadline for payment and materials for online check-in Feb. 11 Tentative schedule release Feb. 21 Deadline to submit or edit rosters Feb. 26 Day 1 of competition – Boys Only Feb. 27 Day 2 of competition – Boys Only Feb. 28 Day 3 of competition – Boys Only Mar. 5 Day 1 of competition – Girls Only Mar. 6 Day 2 of competition – Girls Only Mar. 7 Day 3 of competition – Girls Only    Application Entry Fee and Deadline Entry fee is $950 for U13-U16 teams, and $1125 for U17-U20 teams.  Entry fee must be submitted along with the application.  Team applications must be submitted through GotSoccer.com, as teams will earn GotSoccer points and rankings for attending IMG Cup College Showcase. Team applications will not be reviewed, unless payment has been submitted. Entry fee may be paid with a credit card on GotSoccer.com (Note: each entry paid by Credit Card will accrue a 4% fee), or by mailing a check made out to IMG Academy Events Department, at the following address: IMG Academy Events Attention: Jeyla Savage 5500 34th Street West Bradenton, FL  34210 The deadline to submit a tournament application and entry fee is Monday, January 11th, 2021. All applications submitted after this deadline will be added to an acceptance waiting list. Teams placed on the waiting list will not be charged until they have been formally accepted.  It is the responsibility of the team manager or coach to withdraw the team application from the aforementioned list, if so desired. In the event a team must withdraw from the tournament after being accepted, written notification must be provided to the IMG Showcase board, at least 30 days prior to the first day of competition. Upon approval, the team's entry fee will be applied to a future IMG Academy soccer event. If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, teams will be eligible for a credit for a future IMGA Event or a full refund (minus processing fees)  "Stay-to-Play" Requirement:  The 2021 IMG Cup College Showcase is a "stay-to-play" tournament.  All teams participating must stay at the IMG Legacy Hotel / an IMG-branded property / or book through Anthony Travel. College Coaches Collegiate coaches, and all other recruiting agents planning on attending the 2021 IMG Cup College Showcase, must register as a scout on GotSoccer.com, no later than Monday, February 22nd. Participants: To ensure participating players are provided maximum exposure to college coaches and professional scouts in attendance at the 2021 IMG Cup College Showcase, team managers should make sure all requested information is properly aligned with their roster on GotSoccer.com.  *This information will be used to create college coach recruiting packets, which will be distributed on site. Required Documents and Check-in Information Every player and coach from your team must upload the following documents: Medical Release Form Guest Player Form (if Necessary) IMG Waiver and Release State Approved Roster Player Cards  Online Team Check-In is now Mandatory for every team. Check-In deadline is Feb. 26th 2021. Guest Player Pool  Individuals interested in registering as a member of the 2021 IMG Cup College Showcase Guest Player pool may do so by signing up on the tournament GotSoccer.com website. All guest players will need to register with the Guest Player Pool and be assigned to a team, in order to appear on the GotSoccer roster. In addition, any club that utilizes guest players must provide a "player loan form" from their home club, as well as their club medical release, player pass, and IMG waiver.
