2023 Glastonbury Hartwell Warmup

Welcome to Glastonbury Hartwell Soccer Club's 2023 Warmup Tournament registration! The tournament will be held Friday April 28, 2023, Saturday April 29, 2023 and Sunday April 30, 2023 in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The tournament is sanctioned by the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association, which is affiliated with USYSA. The tournament is open to boys and girls teams from town travel teams and premier/elite club teams, U-9 to U-14/15. Teams will be placed into divisions and winners are selected by a point system for each division. All teams will play 4 games in a round robin format. The U-11 through U-14/15 age groups are competitive divisions and trophies will be awarded to all division winners and medals for second place. The U-9 and U-10 age groups are non-competitive divisions. The U-9 and U-10 games will be played in 7v7 format for two 25 minute halves. The U-11 and U-12 games will be played in 9v9 format for two 25 minute halves. The U-13 and U-14/15 games will be played in 11v11 format for two 30 minute halves. It is customary that U9 & U10 players exchange team/club patches after each game.The tournament will consist of town travel and premier level teams from all over New England, New York and New Jersey. The tournament selection committee makes every effort to create balanced divisions with an opportunity to play teams from different areas. The selection criteria for acceptance into the tournament are based on team record, level of competition, and the adequate distribution of teams applying. An effort is made to accommodate game schedules with travel plans for out of state teams, but we recommend that out of state teams plan on lodging for both Friday and Saturday nights.Entry fees for teams: 7v7 (U9-U10) $600 9v9 (U11-U12) $625 11v11 (U13-U14/15) $650. NOTE:  GOTSPORT.com charges a $20 transaction fee to use the online system. All fees are non-refundable once a team is admitted, including weather related cancellations. We will not charge your payment method if your team application is rejected or waitlisted. Applications must be submitted and pre-paid using our online registration system by February 1, 2023. Acceptance and rejection e-mails will then follow by February 15, 2023
