Houston Easter Invitational 2010

Co-Sponsored by Bear Creek and Westside Soccer Clubs of Houston, Texas DATES April 2nd and 3rd, 2010(Registration Deadline - Wednesday, March 24th, 2010) LOCATION All games will be played at Bear Creek Park in Houston, TX CHECK-IN Mandatory team check-in will be held at Bear Creek Park on Thursday, April 1st between 6pm and 9pm GENERAL INFORMATION Sanctioned by South Texas Youth Soccer Association and Timberline Youth Soccer Association Boys and Girls play in Gold or Silver flights U9-U12 to play 8 v 8 ($350) U13-U19 to play 11 v 11 ($450) Minimum three games, with finals for all age groups Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 24th (Except to fill incomplete brackets) Personal checks will only be accepted if postmarked by Friday, March 19th, 2010 TEAM ROSTER You must have a team account with a "tournament roster" that includes all of the players that you wish to have in the tournament BEFORE you register. Only players included in this tournament roster are eligible to play! If you do not have a team account for the tournament, use the "New to GotSoccer?" setup on the right-hand side of the tournament registration page (the link is below) to create your team account with your tournament roster, then use this account to register your team for the tournament. TEAM APPLICATION INFORMATION Team fee is payable at time application is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, echeck, check, or money order. For those paying by credit card there will be an additional 3% fee added to the total tournament fee in order to cover credit card processing fees. Note that there is no extra fee for eChecks. Credit card payment and eChecks are the only payment methods that will secure a position into the tournament at time of application. Those teams paying by paper check or money order will be placed on a "reserve" basis until payment clears. Note that checks must be postmarked by Friday, March 19th to be accepted. The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address, contact information and team roster. Questions?
