he Great Lakes Alliance_NPL pleased to present The Western NY and Western PA State Cup 2023 The Great Lakes Alliance (GLA) was formed in the year 2016 and currently has over 600 teams participating in its US Club sanctioned league. GLA has member clubs coming out of Ohio, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania and Western New York with approximately 8500 players. GLA is a member of US Club Soccer and the US Soccer Federation.
