2015 Al Perlini Tournament  28th Annual Al Perlini Memorial Tournament – Labor Day Weekend 2015 The Al Perlini Memorial Tournament will be held on the following Dates:   Boys:  Saturday September 5th Girls:  Sunday September 6th   Rain Date:  Monday September 7th Team Check-In/Registration Requirements All teams are encouraged to Check-In electronically.  Click here for more details  Required Documentation Ø  An official stamped copy of Team Roster which the tournament will keep. Ø  Official, stamped and laminated Player Passes with photograph for all rostered players and coaches. Ø  Player pass or birth certificate for each guest player. Ø  Official Medical release form signed and dated by parent, or legal guardian for each player and guest player. This will not be kept by tournament, but must be present at field for each game. Ø  All Teams traveling from outside Pennsylvania must have proof of “Permission to Travel” authorized by their state association, if required.                                                            ACCEPTED TEAM             FLIGHTS & BRACKETS              PERMISSION TO HOST
