30th Annual Al Perlini Memorial Tournament

2017 Al Perlini Tournament  30th Annual Al Perlini Memorial Tournament – Labor Day Weekend 2017 The Al Perlini Memorial Tournament will be held on the following Dates:   Boys:  Saturday September 2nd Girls:  Sunday September 3rd   Rain Date:  Monday September 4th Team Check-In/Registration Requirements All teams are encouraged to Check-In electronically.  Click here for more details  Required Documentation Ø  An official stamped copy of Team Roster which the tournament will keep. Ø  Official, stamped and laminated Player Passes with photograph for all rostered players and coaches. Ø  Player pass or birth certificate for each guest player. Ø  Official Medical release form signed and dated by parent, or legal guardian for each player and guest player. This will not be kept by tournament, but must be present at field for each game.
