Competition begins on Saturday and ends Monday. Each participating program will play once a day. Trophies will be presented to the top team in each flight, immediately following the final match of the tournament. Winners will be determined by point accumulation in group play and will not feature any playoff games. Schedule of Events and Important Dates Date Event Oct. 16 Application due Oct. 19 Initial acceptances sent out Nov. 19 Deadline to withdraw receiving full credit towards a future IMGA Event Dec. 1 Deadline for payment and materials for online check-in Dec. 4 Tentative schedule release Dec. 14 Deadline to submit or edit rosters Dec. 19 Day 1 of competition Dec. 20 Day 2 of competition Dec. 21 Day 3 of competition  Application Entry Fee and Deadline Entry fee is $1325 for U15 - U19 teams.  Entry fee is $925 for U13 - U14 teams.  Entry fee must be submitted along with the application.  Team applications must be submitted through GotSoccer.com, as teams will earn GotSoccer points and rankings for attending IMG Cup. Team applications will not be reviewed, unless payment has been submitted. Entry fee may be paid with a credit card on GotSoccer.com (Note: each entry paid by Credit Card will accrue a 4% fee), or by mailing a check made out to IMG Academy Events Department, at the following address: IMG Academy Events Attention:  Max Massengill 5500 34th Street West Bradenton, FL  34210 The deadline to submit a tournament application and entry fee is Friday, October 16, 2020. All applications submitted after this deadline will be added to an acceptance waiting list. Teams placed on the waiting list will not be charged until they have been formally accepted.  It is the responsibility of the team manager or coach to withdraw the team application from the aforementioned list, if so desired. In the event a team must withdraw from the tournament after being accepted, written notification must be provided to the IMG Cup Tournament Board, at least 30 days prior to the first day of competition. Upon approval, the team's entry fee will be applied to a future IMG Academy soccer event. If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, teams will be eligible for a credit for a future IMGA Event or a full refund (minus processing fees) "Stay-to-Play" Requirement:  The 2020 IMG Cup Boys' Invitational is a "stay-to-play" tournament.  All teams participating must stay at the IMG Legacy Hotel / an IMG-branded property / or book through our travel agency, HBC.   HBC has a convenient booking link available by clicking here. College Coaches Collegiate coaches, and all other recruiting agents planning on attending the 2020 IMG Cup Boys' Invitational, must register as a scout on GotSoccer.com, no later than Monday, December 14th. College coaches and scouts must register through GotSoccer by clicking here! Required Documents and Check-in Information Every player and coach from your team must upload the following documents: Medical Release Form Guest Player Form (if Necessary) IMG Waiver and Release State Approved Roster Player Cards   Online Team Check-In is now Mandatory for every team. Check-In deadline is Dec. 18th 2020. Guest Player Pool  Individuals interested in registering as a member of the 2020 IMG Cup Boys' Invitational Guest Player pool may do so by signing up on the tournament GotSoccer.com website. All guest players will need to register with the Guest Player Pool and be assigned to a team, in order to appear on the GotSoccer roster. In addition, any club that utilizes guest players must provide a "player loan form" from their home club, as well as their club medical release, player pass, and IMG waiver.
