These games are not assigned to fields in the system and are notated in the online schedule Field/Time Request: (pending). These will remain "unassigned" until an actual complex/field number can be secured and assigned.  Scheduling Meeting Requests: Please remember that WDDOA Neutral Site Games are scheduled on EVEN TIME SLOTS in Austin and San Antonio before the time change in March. Then, San Antonio switches to ODD TIME SLOTS, while Austin remains on EVEN TIME SLOTS. At the scheduling meeting, requests may have been made for a time slot that was not available, which is why some requests were shifted and/or denied.
