This event is an in-state only event for 1998 (U19) girls teams for the Fall 2016 season. Teams are allowed to use younger players for this event that a registered to their club. NO OUTSIDE GUEST PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED. Players that compete in this event are STILL eligible to compete in the Illinois State Cup and Presidents Cup.
